It is best to obtain a TDCJ Approved Officiant before the incarcerated fiancée files for the Absentee Affidavit or request the I-60 for the ceremony.
Unit Warden and Chaplain will give approval of wedding date.
Dress code must be strictly followed to avoid unit cancelling your wedding.
No wedding bands are allowed to be exchanged
50% deposit to book, remaining balance 2 days before wedding date. Deposit is non-refundable, however I will work with you if date gets changed with notification.
